Fuel supply contract
The text states: "Die Liefermenge an Landschaftspflegematerial wird wie folgt vereinbart: 3.1.1. Die jeweilige Jahresmindestliefermenge beträgt:
- ab 2. Quartal 2008: -ab 01.01.2009:
10.000 to/lutro, 20.000 to/lutro."
Ernst gives "air dry" for lutro, which makes sense, but neither Ernst nor my Duden dictionary of abbreviations give entries for "to" which I just want to confirm is an abbreviation for "tonnes"?
