This appears in the results of a physical examination of a patient admitted to A&E after being found unconscious. The other criteria assessed are: heart rate, respiration, head and neck, thorax, heart and breath sounds, abdomen and neurology. The phrase I'm having difficulty with is after "abdomen" and before "neurology", an appears as follows:
