Spanish term
entrevía
Spanish to English
Tech/Engineering
Automotive / Cars & Trucks
In a chart with the characteristics of different vehicles.
"...Ancho total del vehículo
Entrevía del vehículo
Alto total del vehículo
Distancia entre ejes..."
If it were a train it would be gage, but in road vehicles?
Thanks a lot.

Comment: "Thanks a lot. Also thanks to jack_speak, but the explanation given by Hilda is more accurate. (The center of the tire..., not the outside edge."

I think wheelbase is the distance between front and back.
The entrevia is the length from the outside face of each wheel, left and right. This is "track"

Thank you for your answer, but wheelbase is "distancia entre ejes", not the distance between the outside face of the wheels on the same axle.
