it just seems strange that the data on tricuspid regurgitation (Vmax and gradient of the regurgitation jet) would be given before the data for flow in the right direction. But anything is possible.

typo for TV - tricuspid valve??? would make sense (compare with AV) - I can't see how this could be TI = Trikuspidalinsuffizienz here, for example

Thank you, lirka. - But what about TI? - it's not TR, and TI is used as an international abbrev. - English or German, in echocardiography.//ok, TR does also exist ;-)
