Description de ma recherche Explanation: Not an easy question if we don't know what the professor is annexing : a finished research report? A research proposal? If we translated by "proposition", it therefore means that it is the proposal. If we use the word "énoncé", it would, i think, limit the document to the research proposition or hypothesis. In the absence of any precision, the word "description" seems to be non commital and non limitative, may be a good option here. Note that "description" is often accompanied by "du projet de recherche". Example sentence(s):
