Hi all,
This is apparently a meeting that must be held in order to form/set up an association. Mine is about the setting up of a non-profit association for twinning between different towns.

: your reference is to the "Assemblée nationale constituante" which is something different altogether. Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constituent_assembly for a definition of what "constituent assembly" means in English.
