English to French Marketing Advertising / Public Relations

Voici le paragraphe dans lequel apparait l'expression :
The Advertiser will hold xxx harmless both in and out of court and will indemnify xxx against any and all costs (including the costs of litigation and legal assistance), damage and interest incurred by the latter in consequence of and breach of these warranties or the transmission of the Advertiser Materials or arising from the products or services advertised in the Materials.

Ma trad : L’Annonceur dégagera xxx de toute responsabilité, devant ou hors tribunal, et assurera xxx contre tous frais (notamment les frais de litige et d’assistance judiciaire), dommage et intérêt encourus par ce dernier en conséquence de et l’infraction de ces garanties ou la transmission des Matériaux de l’Annonceur ou découlant des produits ou services publicité dans les Matériaux.
