Según el texto, la recepcionista es la que entrega los cheques, por lo tanto asumo que los cheques "no retirados" son los cheques que no fueron entregados. No creo que se estén refiriendo a una operación bancaria, en cuyo caso los términos podrían ser uncollected or non-disbursed.
