documentos de entrada warehouse receipts Explanation: Barron's Accounting Handbook has the following definition: WAREHOUSE RECEIPT: A document listing goods or commodities (e.g., gold) stored in a warehouse that shows retention of title to the goods. Warehouse receipts my be negotiable or non-negotiable. Negotiable receipts allow transfer without endorsement and may act as a security for a loan.Non-negotiable receipts must be endorsed upon transfer. Warehouse receipts, regulated by the Uniform Warehouse Receipts Act, allow the sale of goods without having to physically deliver them. Comment: My impression is that this involves the documents relating to the auto parts that are received in the warehouse and become part of the stock on hand. Hope this helps. 22 years of experience translating for Mexico City based member firms of big 4 and 2nd tier international accounting firms, as well as other financial entities.
