J'ai trouvé la signification suivante pour le mot "kick" :
Il fait allusion aux narcotiques et généralement à la cocaine.
Donc je pense qu'ici "kick" fait allusion au "café dans le sens de drogue"

Discussion
Mais pour "coffee kicks" en tout cas je dirais "dose de caféine"
Maybe I could have added another potentially useful information about the context: the document is about a change in the approach of the customer by an office supply business. I think we can say there's a link between coffee and office. But I really don't know in which equivalent French expression I could translate this.
'Get ... for less' suggests buying them less expensively; whether this is intended to mean that our brand of coffee is cheaper, or is suggesting some other way of getting the same effect (caffeine tablets?), I couldn't say.
I don't on the face of it see what this literal meaning would have to do with your context, unless there is perhaps some figurative meaning of which I am blissfully aware... However, I am more inclined to think that this very colloquial, chatty expression is simply being cited as an example of the kind of communication style desired, and has no direct, literal bearing on your overall context.
