ultima cosa non credo che sia un refuso per waste per due motivi:
1) per quale motivo lo metterebbero tutto in maiuscolo
2) identificare i rifiuti ed il motivo per cui esistono...non so, does it make sense?:))

per esempio: acronimo

Si tratta di "lean manufaturing"... Di seguito tutto quello che trovo nella slide:

Identify wash and the reason they exist
Understand management rules governing the process
Quantify process performance (e.g. processing and lead time, % of errors, etc.)
