My guess is that B. does mean bancario. The phrasing is odd, but this may refer to a returned/bounced check. This insurance company’s fee disclosures sheet shows this:

Not sure how "returned check fee" could be a column heading.
If there's more under it, it could be "returned check fees"/"returned check charges". "Cheque" in UK English?
I agree more context would be helpful, but if that's all you have, some reference to returned checks makes sense to me.
