"Que ambas partes están interesadas en mantener una colaboración comercial.

Que, en consecuencia, y reconociéndose mutuamente la capacidad legal necesaria para obligarse y obligar a las entidades que representan, ambas partes han llegado a un acuerdo para plasmar sus respectivas voluntades, lo que formalizan mediante el presente contrato de colaboración comercial, en base a las siguientes..."

"Bind" is the verb I have always seen, affecting either to "oneself" or to others.
