and left but in this special case, should the child move to the UK, I would suggest that the child uses her (I suppose it's a she) second name or assumes another name as she will not have much fun with that name. Literally translated, it comes from the Latin and refers to the external parts of the female genital organs.

agree Tanja Abramovic (X) : Are you sure it is a child's name? I've never heard of such a Bosnian name. It must be a mistake. By the way, "vulva" is a medical term and means the same as in English.
