Hola!
I would like to know if anybody knows what sc/24hse means here, in the context of medication administered to a patient (the context is a medical discharge report).
The abbreviation appears as follows:
EVOLUCIÓN:Pte ingresada con cólico biliar sin mejoría tras tto conservador(litiasis biliar/hidrops vesicular confirmados en ecografia abdominal de urgencias por lo que precisaba ser intervenida q de urgencias. Tras tto quirúrgico- Colecistectomia por laparoscopia+ drenaje abdominal el XX.XX.XXXX, bajo anestesia general con profilaxis perioperatoria con antibiótico (Ceftriaxona), sueroterapia, analgésicos, protección gástrica y profilaxis con Clexane 40 mg sc/24hse observa mejoría. Evoluciona bien.Tránsito intestinal normal. Cicatrización buen curso. Se retira el drenaje Redon en postoperatorio, sin incidentes.
