Le patient consulte en vue de la restauration maxillaire postérieure implantaire. Le panoramique réalisé indique un volume osseux résiduel trop faible pour entreprendre une pose simple.
L’examen 3D confirme la nécessité de faire un surélevé de sinus par voie latérale bi-maxillaire."

I did a bilateral maxillary sinus lift using a lateral window approach. Now the sinus ostia is occluded and the patient has a severe bilateral maxillary right sinusitis
