It comes from "Su Despacho", which means that the envelope should be "Hand-delivered" instead of through the mail.

I have been translating clinical research documents for a while and this is how me and other colleagues translate it.
It comes from "Su Despacho", which means that the envelope should be "Hand-delivered" instead of through the mail.
