Variations requested by Affiliate: manufacturing or packaging site changes, reformulations, primary packaging changes (change in first level of packaging that contains the active product) and secondary packaging changes (change in packaging that encloses the primary pack).
The following project types are NOT in the NPI Scope:
• Label (artwork) changes with exceptions of:
o Switch from a shared to a unique pack;
o Switch from one shared to another shared pack.
• India Piramal local for local projects;
• Centrally driven variations (e.g. site transfers or reformulations initiated by EPD Operations) continue to be analyzed but currently are out of NPI scope
