More context? What HT means depends on the context. HT could be "Hormonterapi", which would be HRT in English.

I'm guessing that it may be an (internal perhaps) abbreviation for hypertensjon = hyptertension/high blood pressure.
HTN is another alternative abbreviation.
In practice though, I've never seen hyptertension/high blood pressure abbreviated.

I think this could be "hormonterapi", which in English would be "hormone replacement therapy".
