I'm guessing that it may be an (internal perhaps) abbreviation for hypertensjon = hyptertension/high blood pressure.
HTN is another alternative abbreviation.
In practice though, I've never seen hyptertension/high blood pressure abbreviated.

I think this could be "hormonterapi", which in English would be "hormone replacement therapy".
