En mi opinión “leave-behind” se refiere al “handout” (folleto) que el orador ha distribuido antes del término de su intervención como orador. “Rush out” es en este caso distribuir apresuradamente (lo que reproduczco con la idea de “largarse”/”marcharse”). Y “flimsy” califica la (deficiente) calidad del folleto. Mi opinión es que en la traducción podría ser necesario mantener el tono algo informal del original en esta frase, por eso incluyo “largues”, aunque para un tono más formal puede usarse “marches”. La elección de “largarse” o “marcharse/irse” dependerá del tono que se le quiera dar a la traducción. Si el tono es más formal conviene usar "usted" y "marcharse".

Gracias, Christine. Yo interpreto que el "leave-behind" es el recordatorio (= folleto o similar) que el conferenciante deja en el lugar de la conferencia para que el público se lo lleve y recurra a los servicios de su negocio. Esa es mi interpretación.

I think the "but" in the original leads to confusion. The phrase is used to reinforce the previous statement, so the "but" is not only unnecessary, but misleading. At least that's how I read it.
