Hi everyone,

This is from a Spanish architecture firm's work summary report on modular building. The client wants UK English.

In the section on exterior metalwork it says:

Carpintería de aluminio lacado en color estándar, sin rotura de puente térmico. Colocación directamente sobre la subestructura de fachada, con tapetas interiores y exteriores en todo el perímetro de la obertura. Acristalamientos simples colocados con silicona neutra en el interior y goma exterior.
Incluye puerta de acceso con cerramiento con llave y tirador.

DIMENSIONES
Sala-comedor: Puerta acceso vivienda + lateral fijo (180x210)cm
Habitación 1: Ventana + inferior fijo (90x210)cm
Habitación 2: Ventana + inferior fijo (90x210)cm

I'm not sure what lateral fijo and inferior fijo means here. Any ideas?
