English translation:the consolidated ...... report
Explanation:
They keep repeating consolidated but that's what it means I think. It's consolidated Occ. Health and Safety.

Funnily enough, I was thinking about this the other day. In the past, occupational health and health and safety at work were treated as different topics but in the last year or so they are being treated together. Maybe a change in legislation.

In the huge number of references to this field in documents I have translated there are two basic concepts which appear again and again:

seguridad y salud en el trabajo (Health and Safety at Work) and
prevención de riesgos laborales (Occupational Risk Prevention)

The second one is really a subset of the first but when I say they seem to be treated together these days I mean that where there were once provisions in contracts dealing with these separately they seem to be merged these days.

Prevention covers a multitude of sins from employee medical checks to mandatory risk assessments by position etc. I think that when the talk of 'consolidated reports' here they are really lumping all these things into one concept which is Occupational Health and Safety......

eg

summary

Explanation:
Literally a consolidated version. Here's another example:

neutral  Billh: No, it's a consolidated report. It does not mean summary....// Of course, pleased to, consolidated means it combines the two areas in one report, summary means it just summarises the provisions of the full report.// Occ. Health, and H&S at Work.

  -> Perhaps you can explain the difference, as it's too subtle for my limited intellect. //What two areas? What full report?

consolidated activities

Explanation:

the (consolidated) analysis/evaluation

Explanation:
This is my solution. It is clearly an analysis/evaluation, since it includes identification of shortcomings and recommended solutions. The word "consolidado" here could mean that which is most essential in the information at hand, this being presented in the analysis/evaluation.

neutral  philgoddard: The only problem with this is that we've had "report" in the previous sentence.

  -> yes it's a consolidated report. pleeeezzzzzzz

agree  Charles Davis: Plainly "el consolidado" means "el informe consolidado", and I don't see any alternative to repeating "report" in English (you can hardly say "the consolidated one"). S&SO (Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional) basically means HSW, I think.
6 hrs
  -> Exactly - Thanks - See additional explanation.

agree  Mary Lore: Completely agree, I see "consolidado" a lot in Colombian documents such as this. I concur with Charles; report has to be repeated.

  -> Thanks Mary
