Actually... It should be something around the lines of 'dose'. That's what they're describing here, in the same context:
"In an IVR system, medication packs are uniquely numbered not by subject number, but by medication pack number. Any pack can be assigned to any subject within the same treatment group. Rather than containing the entire medication supply for an individual subject within a pack, optimal application of this approach involves packing medication in packs sufficient to treat a subject for a complete dispensing interval."

Ce que je peux ajouter est que j'ai "medication packs" dans les phrases que j'ai citées et "medication kit" comme par ex:
Use this option if a medication kit already assigned to the subject is damaged or missing at site.
Comme le traitement peut contenir 2 médicaments, je pense garder "kit" en FR mais je ne sais pas si "packs" sont simplement des boites de médicaments ou des "lots".
