English to Russian Other Law: Contract(s)

Each of the Parties mutually recognize that with the transaction of this business each may learn from the other the identity, address and/or telephone, telex, telefax numbers of clients, agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, financiers, and/or bank or trust contacts known as confidential sources and to bank accounts, transaction codes, participating banks or entities, all considered as confidential information which the other party has acquired by years of investment in time, expense and effort: and
