I suggest giving this a twist to avoid a clumsy translation of "en el que."
I ran out of space, but "what a brand is all about" could also be "the essences of a brand" or "what makes a brand special." I make these suggestions based on what follows (brand history, the traditional processes it employs, and recognition it has received).
