adjudication of testacy and estate settlement

Declined
The general subject is probate, but the specific reference is to adjudication ("trânsito em julgado"). I don't think the literal rendition of "sentenca homologatória" will work in English.

until such time as the judgment approving the distribution (BE + vesting) becomes final & binding

Declined
Company contract = Articles of (Co. > BE) Association/(AE) Incorporation, so the sócio falecido is a deceased member or shareholder

- or is it Articles of Partnership or Partnership Deeds, so the sócio falecido is a deceased partner or, again, member.

In the UK, the judgment or decision needs to be labelled (final, unappealable +) binding to be enforceable.

Assent: in the UK, vesting of property or probate conveyance. Normally done by deed. No court order is needed.

Example sentence:

Approving distribution, and awarding fees and expenses, or after an objection. General judgment approving final account and approving final distribution

transfer of property to the beneficiary (someone entitled to benefit under a trust or will), or to the executor as trustee, by a deed called an assent
