In any event, the balance left after any redemption may not be less than $25,000 (U.S.) although the Directors of the Fund may, in their absolute discretion increase or decrease the minimum amount of shares which may be redeemed, provided however that any increase in the minimum redemption amount shall not apply to shareholders who hold shares immediately prior to the time of such increase. If, as a result of redemption, the total remaining value of shares held by the * redeeming shareholder * is reduced to below $25,000 (U.S.) the Fund must redeem all remaining shares held by such shareholder.
