to streamline a recruiting process agilizar el proceso de selección (de personal) Explanation: "contratar" (hiring) no es lo mismo que "recruiting". Besides "racionalizar" doesn't mean the same as "streamline". Is this a translation into English or into Spanish? Not sure. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2014-09-20 15:21:48 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Nota adicional: "reclutamiento" es un término que, hasta donde recuerdo, se reserva únicamente para las fuerzas militares. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2014-09-20 15:53:51 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://lema.rae.es/drae/?val=reclutar |
