3) Pulso

5) Estado conciencia

@ Joseph re: Cosnautas Hi, Joseph. I agree, as I've already indicated, that Cosnautas is great. And not only for the list of acronyms, but also for the "Libro Rojo" (Eng-Span medical terminology/info) + a few other resources. As I subscribe to have access to everything, I always end up at the sign-in page for everything.
So, thanks for posting the address for the free access to the acronym list. :-)

agree Charles Davis : Easy – once someone's pointed it out :) Support here: http://tinyurl.com/ne89opj // Yes of course! Oh dear, I didn't mean to imply that you got it from Piet! I meant that once you'd pointed it, it seemed obvious, but like Claire I didn't get it at first.

Thanks, Charles. Yes, you're right: My info on the acronym came from Cosnautas Siglas Médicas & once I saw it, it was so obvious. :-) (Sorry, so easy sometimes to misinterpret text w/out voice+face)
agree Rachel Fell : Yes, I was going to mention www.cosnautas.com

neutral Cinnamon Nolan : This is the correct Spanish for the Spanish acronym. The heading for the question is "Spanish to English translations," although all info is useful. :-)

agree Marta Elizabeth Torres : martelisa

neutral Joseph Tein : this is only halfway correct ... the question needs an English translation
