repairs for others (the company's own employees?). The company might sell equipment and use it for its own purposes (and do repairs if and when necessary) - without meaningful context, it's anyone's guess.
The first sentence (Name des Mitarbeiters) is bad German and I wonder whether it was written by a native speaker.

The question is NOT silly, but funny in both languages. How do we repair our customers? I would ask the client if the person in question takes care of customer complaints or damaged goods sold to customers, which is more or less the same thing. you might be able to say (Sales) Reparation Department, but I'd leave out the customer bit, unless you want to amuse the reader.

I apologize if this was taken as a silly question. I was hoping to hear from native German speakers to see if I was missing some cultural nuance somewhere which would cause it to be translated differently from the literal. I was unable to find this term anywhere on web searches. Thank you for your input though.
