La phrase est : What are our key advantages and "so what's" for the customer ?

Je ne vois pas d'équivalent en français et j'ai même du mal à en comprendre le sens exact.

So what's When the seller is claiming that the product does this and that, that it is great, fantastic, and the customer asks: "So what?", the seller needs to come up with features that are truly unique, selling points that are surprising, unusual, or have some value that is not immediately perceived. (figuratively speaking, of course...)

Hard to be sure without the wider context, but with what little we have to go on, it seems to me here they are contrasting the "key advantages" — what the manufacturer thinks are positive points that the customer too actually does perceive as useful (e.g. lightweight, for some portable device) against things that they the manufacturer see as selling points, but are unimportant to the customer, who says "so what?" (e.g. it has a pretty squiggly pattern ion the lid)

quels avantages pour le consommateur

Dans le même ordre d'idées des avantages. Quels sont nos avantages et quels sont donc ceux des consommateurs/Quel(s) avantage(s) en tirera le consommateur? On entend souvent l'expression "What's in it for XXX or for me" c'est-à-dire quel avantage on peut en tirer, quel intérêt on y gagne? :)

Pour décider le client: qu'y a-t-il à voir, à savoir, à découvrir?

En quoi ce produit mérite-t-il un intérêt, un nouveau regard?

Le consommateur blasé et trop sollicité pose cette question "so what" ou "quoi de neuf?"

How to identify the real benefit?
The biggest struggle for me has always been to transform the inherent features of me and the services I offer into a range of benefits to my clients. But I’ve learned that there’s a hack to that. It’s called the “so what” or “and that means” exercise.
It’s quite simple. Take any feature of you or your services, say “I’ve never missed a deadline in my whole career as a Polish English translator”. Then look at it from the client’s perspective and ask yourself: “so what?” or continue this sentence with “and that means…. My “so what” in this example could be “you can have peace of mind because your translation will be delivered on time”. This is a better benefit for my client, but if you ask another round of “so what” questions, you’ll come up with an even better line: “because your translation will be delivered on time, it won’t unnecessarily delay your business goals.”
