Portuguese term

Conquista do Bônus

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Accounting
This appears in a business email, under the sender's contact details. The whole text goes like this:

"Planejamento, Organizacao, Vendas e Conquista do Bônus!!!"

The subject of the email is "pending approval of company's expenses" and a cash flow statement is attached to it. So something prompts to think that the aforementioned term is in reference to maximizing the bonus (and reducing company's spending?), but my head continues to spin on this.

Que acham?

Conquista could be related to conquer, but I think we must use culture here instead.
The best translation for conquista here should be conquerableness, but, when I tried to Google it, I realized that nobody uses that in the English language.
