In einem Vertrag über den Kauf eines Software-Unternehmens an einen amerikanischen Konzern findet sich dieser Begriff:
Other than Company Intellectual Property covered by **Licenses-In**, the rights of the Entities in and to each item of the Company Intellectual Property are exclusively owned outright by the Entities , free and clear of any Liens.
No breach or default (or event which with notice or lapse of time or both would result in a breach or default) by either Entity exists or has occurrred under any material **License-In** or other agreement pursuant to which such Entity uses or has rights to the Company Intellectual Property.
Other than Company Intellectual Property covered by **Licenses-In**, the rights of the Entities in and to each item of the Company Intellectual Property are exclusively owned outright by the Entities , free and clear of any Liens.
