I'm toying with something like "He has made depravity into an art form", but I'm sure there's a better alternative that's a bit closer to the original.

Asker: I like "ultimate", but I'm thinking that "ruffian" maybe isn't strong enough, was thinking more along the lines of "rogue" or "scoundrel"?
