This is from a medical report to be translated for the patient.

I'm unsure of the translation as "pericial" would normally be expert, but how can a medical report written by a doctor not be written by an expert??

I am really only guessing here, but I think that the term "validez pericial" would only make sense in reference to legal proceedings.
The psychiatrist in question probably wanted to protect him/herself in the event the patient in question went off the rails following the evaluation and ended up being tried in a court of law.

That's how it would be worded in the US. Not sure about the UK terminology.

Yes, but "admissible in court" is the terminology used by experts in the field.

: My problem with this answer is that the intended sense is that the evaluation in question not be used in court "as an expert evaluation." Your suggestion indicates the evaluation can be ruled out as evidence *a priori*, and this is not possible.

This medical report lacks forensic validity
Working on the assumption that this medical report was written by a psychologist or psychiatrist, "carece de validez pericial" means that it may not be admitted in legal or administrative proceedings where any medical report might need to be substantiated by a forensic psychiatric / psychological report. The latter have more value than clinical reports.
