English to Italian Bus/Financial Finance (general)

The Bank shall ensure that the Client’s financial instruments are kept separate from those of the Bank when it deposits them with third parties, it being specified that the Client's financial instruments may be held by the Bank in omnibus accounts held with third parties that do not allow the Client's financial instruments to be separated from financial instruments belonging to other clients of the Bank deposited in the same account. The holding of the Client's financial instruments in omnibus accounts abroad shall be subject to local rules. It is likely that the Client will not have a personal claim on financial instruments deposited in this way with third parties.
