est ce que j'utiliserais ici plutôt que confirmation, qui sous-entendrait une action. Or c'est précisément par défaut que l'utilisateur ne fait rien pour s'opposer à un envoi (opt-out = refus) ou pour demander un envoi (opt-in = consentement préalable).
Dans votre phrase, je modifierais (juste une suggestion) la formulation. Du genre : si vos destinataires ne sont pas opposés à vos envoie...
