Continuo trabajando en el mismo documento y esta vez me gustaría confirmar un término:

Esta sección incluye los datos cuantitativos obtenidos por cada ***ruta de cambio***, así como la información cualitativa que respalda los hallazgos encontrados.

Recomendaciones
El análisis de los hallazgos debe agruparse en las cinco ***vías de cambio** y los resultados relacionados, con toda la desagregación requerida que se muestra en las tablas.

Primeramente, asumo que cuando el/la autor(a) hace mención de los términos "ruta de cambio" y "vías de cambio" se refiere a lo mismo.

En segundo lugar, me gustaría saber si en el contexto de las ONG ya existe un término establecido dichas expresiones

I don't think it's 'change of course'. That doesn't capture the dynamism of moving forward.

There seem to be a number of examples of 'route for change':

In this case, the phrase is in quotes in the original English:

And yes, I think the two Spanish terms are interchangeable.
