Consulta en pieza

Medical (general)
Hospital bill
This is an item on a patient's account statement from a hospital in Chile. I have not encountered the phrase before. Does it simply mean per consultation? The statement also contains items that ends in LTDA where I didn't expect it to occur, such as Urgencia general LTDA, servicios diagnósticos ltda, rayos X (LTDA) which I wouldn't mind having put in context or explained. Thanks in advance!

In the UK, the term "doctor's surgery" is used to refer to the offices (although a "surgery consultation" is an appointment to discuss surgery before an op, which could give rise to confusion).

Discussion
Regarding, "pieza" it is the patient's room- Consulta en pieza could be "inpatient consultation" or "inpatient visit". Hope it helps
