CAP

English to German Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs Zoll
"The resulting minimum prices can be below the lowest acceptable price (LAP) calculated by the JRC, i.e. 50% of the EU-wide CAP."

Thanks for telling us... ...As said, some of this stuff is hard to decipher. Funnily enough, I did search for CAP + "average price" but came up empty at the time.

Have a nice weekend
Christine Merz (asker) Mar 14, 2019:
Ich habe das Rätsel gelöst. CAP bedeutet IN DIESEM FALL "cleaned average prices", also "bereinigte Durchschnittspreise.
Christine Merz (asker) Mar 13, 2019:

EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) price floors "The resulting minimum prices can be below the lowest acceptable price (LAP) calculated by the Joint Research Centre (JRC), i.e. 50% of the EU-wide Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) price floors."
Klaus Conrad Mar 12, 2019:

agree Björn Vrooman : Found that too earlier today. Not sure whether it's right, but context is sparse and some EU docs are barely comprehensible.

agree Steffen Walter : Definitely a possibility.
