Presentamos el caso de un varón de 60 años de edad que acudió a Urgencias por presentar dolor laterocervical derecho con tumefacción progresiva de 6 días de evolución.
El paciente había recibido tratamiento con azitromicina y antitusígenos, sin experimentar mejoría.
Entre los antecedentes destacaba padecer infección por VIH de larga evolución y un hábito tabáquico de 40 paquetes-año.
La exploración física mostró un aumento de partes blandas a nivel laterocervical derecho, con extensión a la región clavicular e inframentoniana.
Not sure what they mean by inframentoniana - just the lower chin, perhaps?

This is for inframentoniana, not mentón (which is just chin). It means the area under the chin, and you could put that, but "submental" can be used too (it doesn't mean mentally subnormal!). It's used in respectable sources:
