This term 'Material de Curación 16%' appears as the heading many times in the project and below this is a list of medicines. It is about the medicines used during hospitalization in Mexico. I am totally lost for the term "16%" Does it have any special reference?

I think it must refer to the rate of IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado, equivalent, of course, to Value Added Tax, VAT) payable on this type of product. See this document, on a tendering exercise, bottom of p. 1:

"I.V.A MATERIAL DE CURACIÓN (16%)"

Your document is presumably of a medical nature; this would relate to costing. It's the only way I can see in which "16%" would be relevant to all "material de curación".

  -> Many thanks, Muriel :-) "Wound care supplies" would be an accurate translation, I think. I can't be very confident about the VAT angle without more information about the source document, but it's difficult to see what else it could be.
