Adult education school Explanation: I would write "adult education school". I find it is the most common way to refer to it, even though it is high-school education, it does not include the words "high" or "middle". Maybe it's a given, I'm not sure why. Here are some links from Argentina: "... and popular adult education schools." (https://eric.ed.gov/?id=EJ1040491) "...young people failing at regular school move to adult secondary education." (https://escotet.org/iidev/forum/forum-archive/adult-educatio... You would have to write the name in Spanish , as well as the acronym, and then "Adult education school" in parenthesis. |

Adult Education Centre Explanation: Or "center" for US readers. In Spain, "centro educativo" covers a multitude of sins, ranging from kindergarten to university level and beyond. And neatly avoids the word "school". The link below is from Birmingham UK, not Alabama… -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs (2019-07-23 09:03:52 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I think you can leave out "media"... The link below is from an American institution, if I'm not mistaken: https://adulted.hartfordschools.org/ Reference: http://www.learnbaes.ac.uk/about-us/summer-enrolment/32 |
