Romanian term

Romanian to English Bus/Financial General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters Purchase-sale contract
First article under the Section 4, Pretul vanzarii ...

"Pretul vanzarii este de 200.000 USD (douasutedemiidolariSUA) (numit in continuare "Pretul"), plus TVA, reprezentand in vederea taxarii suma de 6.730.600.000 (sasemiliardesaptesutetreizecimilioanesasesutemii) lei si va fi achitat Vanzatoarei de catre Cumparatoare in 10 (zece) rate egale, de cate 20.000 USD (douazecidemiidolariSUA) fiecare, ....."

I don't understand the mathematics here, if the sale price is only 200,000.00 dollars. Which amount is the tax and which is the property cost?

Figures So is this incorrect for the purposes of my target text:

The sale price is USD 200,000, which, for the purposes of calculating the fees, equals Lei 6,730,600

They converted USD in RON so that they could calculate easier the notary fees and taxes on the sale. The rate of exchange would be 1 USD = 33653 Lei

Please mind the date of this text, because before 2005, we used Lei and afterwards we started using new Lei (RON), where 1 RON equals 10,000 old lei. This text is probably prior to 2005.

Sorry, I had a character limit and forgot to mention it. The correct amount is: 6,730,600,000 (six billion seven hundred and thirty million six hundred thousand lei)
Note from asker:
But the Romanian amount in the source text includes an extra ".000". Surely I cannot omit this?
Peer comment(s):

agree Adrian MM. : In the UK, a 'certificate of value' would be issued for both amounts.
