Talking.
Decisions might get passively made.
A couple of people go back and forth about a peripheral detail that only involves the two of them.
Minds wander.
People come off mute when they hear their name, and ask for someone to repeat the question.
The Action Process is a solution to this.
It’s about focusing our time on deciding what work to go do, remove obstacles standing in the way of our work getting done – all with the added benefit of preventing us from getting derailed while we’re in the middle of getting important work done during the week.
With the Action Process, you will get more work done, and the team will be more in sync than you would be with a regular project meeting.
We need an easier way to process information at speed.
Think of it this way: as a team, we are constantly processing information as quickly as we can to make informed decisions.
