Tengo otra duda relacionada con el manual de procedimientos financieros que estoy traduciendo:
- Distribución de acuerdo a planificación anual
• Se planifica el gasto general en la planificación anual y multianual.
• Asignación del Presupuesto de acuerdo al plan elaborado y desglosado por Centro de Responsabilidad, Proyecto, Componentes, Grupo de Actividades, Actividades, Eventos, Socios, Origen de Fondos, Categoría de Desembolso.
• Englobar el **techo de funcionamiento** con código individualizado.
• Ejecución del Presupuesto de acuerdo a la planificación anual y multianual.
- Tomando como base el Presupuesto del año anterior, se presupuesta cada rubro para el próximo periodo.
- Verificar, revisar las solicitudes y ubicación en las respectivas cuentas.
En varios documentos del Banco Mundial pude ver que hacen referencia a "ceiling amount" o "ceiling of loan"; por consiguiente, podría ser "operation ceiling [amount]"
