Подозреваю, что сам *запрос* сформулирован неверно (в тексте понятнее) - это эндометрий бывает пролиферативного и секреторного типа, а не сами железы. Пусть медики поправят.

What is the structural difference of proliferative and secretory glands in the endometrium?
During the proliferative phase, uterine glands appear long due to estrogen secretion by the ovaries. During the secretory phase, the uterine glands become very coiled with wide lumens and produce a glycogen-rich secretion.
