Hi everyone,

Please can anyone help me with the acronym BCR?

I have translated the rest along the lines of "breathing detected, but not examined".

I greatly appreciate any responses,

Merci beaucoup,

Heart sounds with known murmurs, non explored
Explanation:
I think (a bit of context would help) that it is a heart examination. A "souffle" is a specific type of abnormal cardiac sound, called a "murmur". BCR would mean "Bruits cardiaques" (heart sounds), called B1 and B2.
So here the doctor heard those sounds (B 1 and B2, together BCR), with a murmur.
