English to Romanian Law/Patents Law (general)

Without prejudice to any dispute raised in connection with Schedule 2 hereto, if a Party has any dispute arising under this Agreement, the Disputing Party shall use reasonable efforts to resolve promptly such dispute with the Administrator.
