SIUP +ve fetal heart CRL11+3 weeks
Plan:
- NT scan with Dr Ali within 2 weeks
- Weekly IM progesterone after 16 weeks
- Weekly vaginal scans for cervical length from 1+16 weeks
- Will consider caesarean section if active infection is there
- Follow up on the polyps and in case they are symptomatic then treat
- multivitamins
Rhogam at 28 weeks
- Avoid long distance driving and long hours of sitting
